Denise Jaden's writing has appeared in The Greensilk Journal (Fall
2007 - where her story, LOCKED AWAY, won an Editor's Choice
Award), Mississippi Crow Magazine (Spring, 2008), and The Tidepool
Fiction Ezine. Her novels have received various awards through
Romance Writers of America, and her first teen novel, LOSING
FAITH, was released from Simon Pulse in September, 2010 and her
next one NEVER ENOUGH will be out in July, 2012.


Denise has been writing for about
eight years and loves discovering
answers to some of life’s questions through her writing process. She has
a passion for teens finding their own passion and purpose and is
available for school and library visits.
She is also an advocate for
NaNoWriMo (nanowrimo.org) and loves to encourage people of all
ages to participate in the writing challenge each November. Denise's
first draft of her first novel was written in 21 days during NaNoWriMo
2007.



Aside from writing, she has been a mushroom farmer, church
secretary, youth group leader, restaurant cook, and jewelry manager.
As a professional Polynesian dancer, she travels worldwide and acts as
dance captain for her troupe. She holds the title of Miss Festival
Polynesia of Canada, 2001. She’s a homeschooling Mom, living just
outside Vancouver, Canada with her husband and son.
Biography - Denise Jaden
